  14.          LetterWriter comes with its own manual on the distribution 
  15.          diskette.  To print this manual enter the command:

  19.          In order to get started right away, enter the command LW.  
  20.          When you are prompted for the file name where the addresses 
  21.          are, enter SAMPLE.  A sample letter has also been created for 
  22.          your use, so if you want to try printing a letter, supply the 
  23.          file name SAMPLE.
